Our Story

The FreeBonde journey began with a simple yet powerful realization during the darkest days of the pandemic. While cities went into lockdown and food supplies became uncertain, we witnessed something heartbreaking: families struggling to access fresh food, and in some cases, people going hungry in their own homes. This wasn’t just a crisis – it was a wake-up call.

Richard, our founder started sharing simple hydroponic growing methods on YouTube, teaching people how to grow food in their homes with minimal resources. The response was overwhelming. People weren’t just growing plants; they were growing hope, independence, and community. This grassroots movement showed us that when people have the right tools and knowledge, they can take control of their food security.

The name “FreeBonde” represents our core values: freedom from traditional food systems and the bonding of technology with nature.

Today, FreeBonde has evolved from these humble beginnings into a mission-driven company. We’ve partnered with leading manufacturers in China to make high-quality indoor gardens accessible to everyone.
